Bleeding and dizziness after unwanted72

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hello I took unwanted 72 after 65 hours. however, we were very sure that nothing happened between us but still I took it just for a safer side. now after 5 days I am facing lower abdominal pain with bleeding and dizziness.. Kindly let me know whether it is normal or I have to go to doctor for any type of suggestions

This may be a normal symptom of taking ipill.take an analgesic first if pain does not subside after taking medicine just go for an ultrasonography.
