I had a misscarrige in April and the past month ive been bleeding after sex and also inbetween periods I was spotting for a week then on my period for 2 weeks came off for 4 days and started spotting blood again, also I have a little round lump under the skin above my cliterous

Do an ultrasound pelvis preferably transvaginal scan as u could be hvng retained products of conception.
