Bleeding due to ipill

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had ipill 5 days before due ovulation date of previous month. A week after i started experiencing brown discharge for a week followed by period like pain and bright red coloured bleeding for around 2.5 days near to my expected period date. I had done urine pregnancy test 1 week before due pregnancy date and it was negative. Is this my period or implantation bleeding?
