Bleeding during sexual intercourse

I am a young adult girl and i usually had irregular periods with a gap of 40 to 45 days usually and when i had sexual intercourse first time i did not bleed and not also for the 2nd time but after few weeks when i had sex for 3rd time i bleeded and also for the fourth time. I was not on my periods, there was a gap of 14 days between my 3rd and 4th time. what could be the reason for this and is it something very serious? I am worried as i don't want any complication in getting pregnant in future.
