I was disvirgined with a light bleed, weeks later had sex with serious bleeding 4 abt 5hrs. What could have gone wrong?

U would need an ultrasound to see for any erosion ,cyst or any other pathology to avoid any complications in the future , apart from this u are advised to get a pap smear done as well to rule out for any serious issue
