Home maintainence by brushing is fine but regular scaling and polishing ( cleaning of teeth) should be done once a year for everyone.you are having gingival inflammation. Besides getting cleaning done , use a mouthwash like Colgate plax etc and massage your gums with stolin or gumex gum astringent. This should reduce the gum bleeding
