Your symptoms suggest a condition called Chronic Periodontitis and you might need Flap Surgery (gum surgery). Get this thing sorted immediately, else the next thing to happen will be your teeth falling out one by one. This condition occurs due to bad hygiene and deposits getting accumulated on the teeth surfaces and inside the gums. The infection eats away the bone thus reducing support for teeth and eventually the teeth fall and pay the price.
Next Steps
See a Periodontist immediately. Don't ignore. It might already be late but at least you can have your teeth and gums repaired now. Later, not many options will be left.
