Namaskaram,
Bad breath is also called dragon breath, though it has nothing to do with dragons. Bleeding gums and bad breath go well together, but not so for the health of the gums. Accumulation of food particles, poor dental hygiene, drinking less amount of water and sometimes regurgitation of acids from the stomach can be some of the reasons. Stress relieving habits like smoking and drinking also contribute to bad breath. Bleeding gums are associated with tartar deposition, vigorous brushing or lack of an enriching diet. You might try sticking to gentle brushing with soft bristles, rinsing with a mouthwash twice daily, flossing once daily A biannual evaluation by a dentist would help you on a long run. Hi,
As of now just go for a complete deep cleaning and polishing, that should take care of your bleeding gums and bad breath.
The chipped Canines on the other hand is a completely different issue, so that has to be checked..

Get a scaling polishing done and make a few X-rays.
Hello Sir
You should go for scaling for bleeding gum and bad odour.
Dental scaling is routinely performed to help patients with gum disease and excessive plaque buildup.
For your canine dentist can recommend treatment after check up only.

You need to get scaling done as soon as possible.. this is a sign of periodontitis.. get to know proper brushing techniques and which mouth wast to use,etc from your dentist.. and as for the canines.. need to see it before stating a diagnosis or treatment plan
visit a nearby dentist and get the cleaning done to get rid of bad breath. For canines, if the structure chipped off is minimal then it can be restored with a filling, else you may need x ray diagnosis for further treatment plan, that may be a crown (with or without RCT, depending on the x ray)
