Bleeding Gums
Hello there Doctor
From past a month I'm seeing my bleeding gums and yellowish teeth despite brushing 2times a day, Suggest me some remedy to get rid of the same.

Bleeding gums are signs of poor oral hygiene.
Go for scaling and polishing.

You gums are bleeding due to calculus deposits at the margin of the teeth ,causing the gums to be inflamed which causes bleeding of your gums. It can be treated by getting a routine Scaling and Polishing of your teeth done by your dentist ..Also visit your dentist every 3 months for your calculus deposits or any caries ...Do use a good brush and mouthwash regularly ...

You should maintain your oral hygiene..do mouthwash after brushing and dont brush vigorously.For the deposits ,go for scaling from nearby dentist.

1. Change you tooth brush every 2-3 months
2. Bleeding gums are sign of gum inflammation, needs to be treated.
3. Yellowish teeth because of plaque can be easily cleaned off with professional scaling.
4. Find out the reason for accumulation of calculus around teeth.

The reason for bleeding gums is calculus deposited on ur tooth and the gum margin which irritates the gums and cause bleeding. So please get a proper scaling and polishing done. Maintain the health of gums properly as instructed by the dentist. Colour of ur teeth may improve a bit but normal color of Indian teeth are yellowish white or darker. So don’t worry about the color. Brushing with soft brush will help u
