While brushing my teeth blood comes from my mouth in regular basis black spots are also formed on teeth

Chlorohexidine gluconate 0.2% mouthwash take 10ml rinse for 45 seconds. Then spit it and dont take anything for 30 minutes. Use for 2 times daily. Brush two times daily. Don't stop brushing even if you think that brushing causes bleeding.
