While wake up early in the morning i face the problem of bad breath and bleeding gums and it remains through out the day meanwhile in day time it is little low but again after dinner before go to bed it start smelling bad and some kind of yellowish pulp secreted when i use to press my gums and after that is starts bleeding. Plz doctor suggest me the best cure ,,,, i really tired up of all this and for your conduct i was suffering from last 3 years. I really need your help

You are suffering from chronic periodontitis (Piarrhia). In this worst condition you face the mobility in teeth, with sensitivity and pain finally tooth will shed off.
But if you follow the treatment protocol than you save them or improved or finally cure.
1. Scaling and root planning with antibiotics, chlorhexidine mouth wash, gum paints at least for 15 days and if you have sensitivity after scaling than you require a sensitivity paste
2. Warm saline rinses for every 2 hours ( minimum 8-10 times)
3. Keep maintain oral hygiene
4. Don't eat fast food, cold drinks and
5. Stop irregular food
6. Proper brushing
i)In morning
ii)In night
7.after every 6 months you need scaling and
8. Please stop all bad habits if you have
