Bleeding heavily

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Will the bleeding after a medical abortion stop on it's own? I had a medical abortion 4 weeks ago but i caught an infection and was put on antibiotics which i have finished. I also took another 2 of the abortion tablets as i still had a little bit of tissue remaining. This was last thursday but i am still bleeding heavily. I don't have any pains.

Have u done sonography to rule out if it complete abortion or incomplete ? Or bleeding is because of infection...if not confirmed diagnosis with sonography.
