I am eat chewable tobacco since 4 years and smoke occasionally and drink occasionally. From the past 2 weeks my cheeks have turned white and the portion beneth my tongue has also turned white. My gums bleed while brushing and I am not able to eat spicy food. Please suggest me a way out of this problem.

Firstly you must try and give up tobacco. The white lines may be oral submucus fibrosis (osmf) seen in people who chew tobacco. Consult a dentist near you who can examine you and see if some treatment is required. Add antioxidant multivitamin tablet to your diet. For bleeding of gums you require scaling and polishing ( cleaning of teeth) and then Home maintainence
