  4. Bleeding in latrine. Forcefully to him.

Bleeding in latrine ...
Today I saw bleeding in my sons latrine and I am very much worried about that.. Please help me out of this problem.. He doesn't ask for water even feels thirsty. We have to give the water forcefully to him..
