Bleeding in motions
Hello Dr,
My son is 1yr 4mnths old. He was having fever, cold and cough a week ago. He was diagnosed with viral. Now he is fine but from last 5days he is bleeding while passing motions. Although he is not having any pain or discomfort while passing motions.
M trying to take the sample for stool test.
Kindly advice.

Get a stool test done immediately .. we need to rule out other fevers also , as this is the season ..
Get a blood and stool test and urine
It’s been 5 days if fever also

syrup zn20 5 ml once a day for 14 days
enterogermina 5 ml twice a day for 5 days
Next Steps
if passing hard stools than start syrup emty 5 ml twice a day for 7 days.
