Bleeding in natal cleft

Asked for Male, 23 Years

From last 3 4 weeks i have an issue of bleeding from natal cleft. When i studied about it on internet it shows that the problem arrises here is kind of pilonidal sinus. I am not sure whether it is the same or not. Please suggest me where i can go for the treatment.
