  4. Bleeding in stool. Is it possible.

Bleeding in stool
Its been 24 days since I deliver my baby with c section...I m having vaginal bleed which is ok..but today I saw blood in my stool..and in morning I try to push a heavy rack...now m worring that may be it's because of that push m I having internal bleeding???...is it possible .
