This is usually due to hard stools or indigestion leading to loose motions. She should avoid intake of spicy food, bakery and packed items, peanuts, Jaggery etc. Give her fibre diet e. g. Whole grains and pulses, fruits, salads, green vegetables like bottlegaurd, ridgegaurd, snakegaurd, parval. Ayurvedic medicines are helpful along with a healthy lifestyle (Regular exercise, timely food, proper sleep)
