I m 33 years old and suffering from bleeding piles for last two years. For last two weeks i am suffering from chronic bleeding. What will be the best medicine to take in such scenario?

It is a surgical case. U may have piles or fissure in ano according to the symptoms or both..so just get ur per rectum examination done by a surgeon..may be u have to get operated..which may be the best option.
