Bleeding twice a month
I had my period on 2 of this month and like usual cycle it lasted for 3 days. On 7th morning I had unprotected sex. Although I was in safe window I took ipill same day at night to be more safe.on 12th I had periods again which lasted for 3 days and was thin fresh blood unlike the one in periods and the bleeding was quite less. Read about it on Google which said might be side effect of the pill. Just wanted to know if everything is fine and do I need to worry about something?

Yes this is the usual side effect of ipill ,all u need to do is do a Urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy,if your periods get delayed.
