  4. Bleeding vaginal. Of taking two pills?

I have been on the pill for over a year. Yesterday I had a tiny bit of blood from my vagina I am not expecting my period for about a week. I use both condoms and the pill. A few days ago I was vomiting and took an extra pill in case the first one was not in my system. Is this bleeding implantation bleeding? My period coming early because of the missed pill of an effect of taking two pills?
