Although pictures do not show any deposits of tartar, a clinical examination is a must . The bleeding could be because of crowding of teeth which leads to food lodgement and  gum inflammation .

Please check about the tooth brush you are using. You should use a soft brush. Tartar deposits are on tooth gum junction and irritates the soft gums and cause bleeding during brushing. Please check with a dentist nearby. It may also be due to severe crowding in your anterior teeth. Take proper advice from dentist

Bleeding gums is sign of your of gum infection which occurs because of tartar/ deposit formation on your teeth surface. There two types of deposits...supra gingival means deposit which are present above gum line and are visible. Second type is sub-gingival where deposites are present below gum line and therefore they are not visible. Kindly visit dentist. he/ she will examine for both supra and sub gingival deposit and will advice you necessary treatment. Bleeding will reduce after treatment.
Next Steps
visit dentist
Health Tips
I can see there is overlapping of lower teeth on one another. so even if you brush properly, you will not be able to remove food particles 100%. so get professional teeth cleaning g done at least once in 6months.
