Blinking problem.
Myself Karthik age 35 64kg. Not under any medication. I blink a lot and not able to speak to anyone seeing them when am in sun light. Not able to drive vehicle in sun light. Went to st John's hospital got my eye test done. Eye power is normal was able to read all the letters shown. Doctor suggested me Refresh tears drop and sent me. I emptied the bottle. But it's of no improvement. Please suggest me what should I do... My work involves more of mobile and system work and traveling to meet people.

Use Sodium Hyaluronate Eye drops. Do hot Fomentation. Rest between near work. Do a 3 week course of Tablet Doxycycline 100mg BD

Continue with Refresh tears .Can use Neurobion tabs BD .Use of ARC glasses without power may help.But to live with blinking and adjust to the situation is best option

Frequent blinking may sometimes be a sign of Blepharospasm. Lubricating eye drops may not resolve this issue. Consult an Oculoplasty surgeon to see if you have this condition.

If Artificial tears eye drops are not working, you need something else. I would advise you to consult your doctor again or have an online consultation
