Blister n ulcer on penis glance

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Doctor I had chickenpox ...and I developed blisters all over my body and before chickenpox I had sex and I received blow job ...and than blisters on foreskin and glance became ulcer and went away ...but still my skin is little rough ...I went to doctor and they said it's normal and gave me medicine and cream ...what could be the cause of these blisters ans ulcer inside penis -chickenpox or oral sex?
