Blister on my belly for over a week

Asked for Female, 48 Years

I am a 48 year old female. I noticed a blister filled with pus on the lower right side of my belly 1 week back. It burst eventually and became a bigger lesion. Flat Well circumscribed and reddish round patch. I applied bandage for 2days . When I removed it I noticed bus at the borders of the lesion. I am having pain radiating up to 3-4 inches from the lesion and the borders have Reddened. Should I urgently see a doctor? I keep applying haldi and oil bt have got no relief
