The tooth looks jagged. Please show a dentist to get it filed. Also, avoid paan and nicotine consumption. He can put Zytee gel over the blister thrice a day. Avoid oily, spicy food. Start him on a multivitamin tablet such as Becosules once a day for a month.  If it persists, becomes painful, starts bleeding or grows larger and becomes firmer to touch then immediately consult an ENT specialist.
