Hi.The answer is not that simple. The three possibilities are bypass surgery, angioplasty, medicine. The decision for choosing the right modality depends on no of factors. Clinical symptoms, heart function, associated risk factors ,age and comorbidities. Angiographic factors are vessels involved, location of these blockages, length of these blockages, likely duration, area supplied by these vessels . So one cannot generalise based on the information you have provided. All the above information is needed and then cd reviewed to give an opinion.
