Blockage in heart
My husband having a blockage in heart I have done with 2 times echo and TEE test both said he is having blockage need to go for stenting of coa.i have consultant in medanta and max both both having different view max said I can't wait need to go for stenting urgently. Please tell what I have to do.

Hello, What your husband has is a congenital (by birth) heart disease where the vessel which supplies blood to whole body ( called aorta) is narrowed . He has a structural deformity of aortic valve also but as per prescription there is no blockage there. With this background the recommendation is to stent the aorta . Should be done as early as possible as there is no other treatment as with time it effects the efficiency of heart and causes rise of bp which is already there for which amlong has been prescribed.
