Hello, I flew overseas around two weeks ago. Since then my right ear has been completely blocked and I have impaired hearing from this. IM starting to get tinnitus and sensitivity to sounds. What could this be and how could I treat it?

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold and after air travel because of environmental pressure changes. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use decongestant medicines for few days for faster recovery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can do valsalva maneuver for quick recovery
