Blocked nose & feverish
He is having congested nose and a feverish feeling for 2 days. He is 8 years and his weight is 30 kg. Please suggest me the dose for maxtra syrup

If mild,just give steam inhalations 4-5 times a day for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
