Hi Doctors, I am feeling like my nose is blocked. I am unable to breathe properly especially when am lying down. I am not having any cough, fever or running nose. Due to blocked nose I am feeling a little a congestion on my chest. It's just that I am feeling blocked at inside of my nose near the nose bone area. Please suggest the remedies. Thanks.

It's might be due to hypertrophy of turbinates. Breathing problem might be because of nasal blockade only. Get an ENT opinion. Take steam inhalation regularly. Use otrivin nasal spray whenever you have nasal blockade.
