Blocked nose
I have one side of my nose which is constantly blocked, the left side most of the times. During the day, at night. Almost every time. When I lay down on my right side the left side unblocks but then my right side gets blocked. When I'm doing workout both sides usually unblocks and I'm able to breathe properly but then goes back to one side getting blocked after the workout. I don't know what kind of treatment I should go for, I tried on the internet to find a solution but they only talk of the reasons why it gets blocked not the solution. This has been going on for years, I can't remember the last time I was able to breathe normally

Yes.. there are many reasons for blocked nose.. your looks like a deviated septum. We need to examine the nose to confirm this . Since I cannot do that now, I suggest that you take a CT scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses and consult online so that I can assess you better.
Next Steps
CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses. If it is due to deviated septum , surgery is the treatment . If it is due to allergy or sinusitis we can try sprays
