Blood after heavyexercise
I observe that when I do exercise for my lower abdomen (in gym) ,I see some red spots or very small amount of blood from my vagina with the white liquid coming out of vagina.

you should visit a gynecologist and get a vaginal examination done to rule out the cause.

Usually, this type of problem should not occur. If the problem persists for a considerable amount of time after the exercise, consult Gynaecologist.
