Hi, This is an answer from Ayurveda point of view. Intramenstrual bleeding is a normal side effect of i pill as it is a hormonal med. Please use following medicines if required - Dashmooladi kwath 10 ml + Chandraprabha vati early morning empty stomach. Please avoid any food for 30 mins after taking the morning medicine. Pushyanuga churna - 2 gms with honey + Ashokarishta 10 ml before lunch. Shatavari tabs (Himalaya) with warm milk before bed.
Health Tips
Avoid excessive use of hormonal tabs. Try to use calendar method, condoms or withdrawal method to prevent pregnancy. Avoid stress.
