Blood clot in phlegm
Since a week he was having cold and sinusitis. He have pain around nose and cheek. He is having steam inhalation and salt water gargle. Not having any specific medication. Now when he cough he have a blood clots in bits in phlegm.  Is there any thing to be worried.

As per your description it looks like rhinosinusitis.. need antibiotics and other supportive treatment.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
