Blood clot in Toe while playing football
Respected Sir/Ma'am, My toe got injured as opponent did a stamp on my toe while playing and due to this blood is clot, please suggest some way to get rid of it as I've another match tomorrow. Please help

Its called subungual hematoma..that commonly happens after an injury.. The pain usually subsides within 2 weeks ,after the pressure formed due to hematoma reduces.. The nail comes off and new nail grows that takes 6 to 9 months but that will not hamper your sport

just ice that area and give it rest..don't wear shoes for sometime

You should give ice pack wrapping around the toe for 10-15 minutes for every two hours for 3 days. Ensure that there is no muscle injury or bone demage or open wound.
