Hello. Possibly it’s sub conjunctival hemorrhage and could have happened because of rubbing of eyes.
Show to an eye specialist to check vision and fundus to rule out any serious issues.

It appears subconjunctival bleeding in your Right eye.
Most common due to ocular injury or sudden BP rise. Self resolution in 1-2wks .
Can use lubricants for symptomatic relief.
