Blood deficiency
My haemoglobin value is 11.8 gms . Is it good r not.how can I recover quickly from it. And does it causes any pains at joints.

Hello..! Considering your age the hemoglobin level is moderate.. no need to start any medication for now.. u can increase ur hemoglobin through food Eat 1 piece of jaggery(2inch big) twice in ur meals i.e; lunch n dinner.. drink 1 glass of sugarcane juice alternate days.. these two things will shootup ur hemoglobin.. do maintain this on regular basis.. drink 4-5 lits of water in 24hrs.. And ofcourse morning walk for 20mins will keep u healthy..!! Thank u.!
