Hello..... There are several different potential causes for this problem, but you should definitely get in to see your primary care doctor or a urologist for a more complete evaluation. The most likely cause is that you suffered some irritation to the urethra or to the prostate from the sexual intercourse. This is a relatively common complication, especially of vigorous intercourse, and it could be more likely to occur if intercourse has been relatively infrequent.
