I was having sex and found out that there was blood on my sheet coming out from my penis.and after that i am having erection problems.what is wrong with my penis and ia it really affecting my sexual helath?

Hi, if u have repeatedly bleeding during erection then u need to see doctor. If not then there is nothing to worry about. What happen is sometimes bad experience last in ur mind affecting ur performance. So once bleeding after that there is issue in performance then don't worry relax u will get better.
