HELLO SEEMS TO BE DAMAGE MUCOSA OS RECTUM OR ANUS LOCALLY U CAN SAY PILES. IF YOUR STOOL IS HARD,  U NEED A STOOL SOFTENER LIKE CREMAFIN PINK THREE TEASPOON FULL AT NIGHT TILL STOOL BECOMES SOFT. OR TAB NITYAM OR ANYTHING. LOCALLY APPLY WITH FINGER OINTMENT PROCTOSEDIL/ ANOVATE FIRST ON BUT HOLE THAN GENTALY PUSH INSIDE ANAL CANAL N APPLY LOCALLY ON ANAL MUCOSA ALL AROUND PROPERLY TWO TIMES A DAY FOR TWO WEEKS SO THAT COMPLETE HEALING TAKES PLACE. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. LIGHT DIET, PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. SALAD BEFORE LUNCH N DINNER REGULAR. WHEN EVER YOU THINK MY STOOL IS BIT HARD START THE PROCEDURE.  FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AS IT'S RECURRENT. OK.

I think it may be bleeding piles. Consult surjon better get examined. There are so many reasons for bleeding
