Blood in semen and mild pain in Scrotum
I was under cervical lymph node TB treatment which stopped on 20 December 2017, after complete course of 9 months and cross verification with ultrasound and xray reports. 22 December I noticed brownish color semen and also slight pain in scrotum. Reports: - HIV 1&2, HBsAg, Anti HCV Rapid, VDRL serum : all non reactive - Semen culture and sensitivity : Bacteria identified in semen culture, skin commensals isolated - Semen Analysis : Teratozoospermia - USG + Doppler of scrotum : Right mild varicocele, minimal left peritesticular fluid Please guide me next action. Thanks.
