A lot of blood with mild pain and blood comes for 4 to 5 and then stops for 1 to 2 months and again sometimes comes back

Take Syp cremaffin 7.5ml at night and take tablet metrogyl 400mg (1-1-1) for three days and avoid spicy food items and revert back after three days for further guidance
