Dear , u must be having piles ,ulcers anything so without examination not possible to comment . U need to consult doctor Avoid spicy food ,oily ,junk food , mentain  food timings ,avoid straining while passing stool. Use stool softener advise of doctor In ayurveda excellent remedy are available u can consult ayurvedic physician too.
