Blood in stool
When I use the restroom I have been pooping bright red blood also there is a lot of pressure on my anus as if I have to go however only clear tissue like substance comes out. I am not having any stomach pain. When I go have a bowel movement it’s not hard it’s almost fluffy and soft. There is also a lot of gas this has been going on for about a month. But last night there was more blood then I’ve ever seen came out like water. I did have anal sex a week ago I’m thinking I tore my lining-serious?
