Blood pressure 113/74 & dizzy
Hi, lately been feeling dizzy when standing and turning my bp is 113/74 sitting i have asthma fibromyalgia and i have iron issues ive had a massive ear infection three weeks ago which landed me in hospital with temps of 39.4 and asthma problems and now im fighting a cold and my asthma is playing up. Im just wondering if asthma can cause low blood pressure as mine is normally around the 120/80 mark. Or if low iron/other issues can cause low blood pressure thanks.

Hello...the b.p of 113/74 is fine...it is not low to cause giddiness. Your giddiness could be due to anaemia as you mentioned iron issues, you will know it getting a complete blood picture done. Another reason for giddiness could be secondary to your ear infection.
