Blood Pressure 155/90 pls suggest.
Hi I am 28 year old and my BP is 155/90 , I started excercises but checked its goes down some time and again raised to 155. I did lipid profile test its normal, and serum creatinine is 1.1, SGOT is 42.0 and other is 37.0. I feel light headness and gastric issue. Pls suggest.

Hello,do regular BP checkup for 7days by mercury manometer which is available at any gp and preferably you should be at rest and comfortable. Then we can conclude that you are hypertensive or not

Definitely check BP twice a day. Eat less salt in diet.
