Blood pressure
Hi , my blood pressure is 88/68 and pulse 73/min. Do I need to worry about it. I'm also doing yoga combined with cardio for weight loss daily.

Hi Normal blood pressure is less than 120/80 And low blood pressure is less than 90/60 U should repeat your blood pressure measurement and if u still get low value U should take some juice/ water with glucose

Ur BMI as per ur height and weight is 38...which is high... Cuff size might have been wrong...so BP might be wrongly recorded... First of all , confirm ur BP from nearby hospital. ..
