Blood pressure
I am 25 year old and doctor checked my blood pressure which show 150/90 and doctor giving me one injection and given some medicine and I ask to the doctor they told me it is normal range of blood pressure would you tell me it's normal or not I am so much worried because I had seen in online they show is its first stage of hypertension plzzz guide it is normal or not

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety... Only one high bp recording is not enough to diagnose you as hypertensive...considering your age its unlikely...High recording may be due to mental stress or anxiety... Keep checking your bp every day for consecutive 3days if all three readings are high then consult physician otherwise nothing to worry.
