Blood Pressure of 140/100 -how to remedy
I have a blood pressure of 140/100 which is moderate B.P as told. Parents do have B.P , is this genetic. How do I reduce my B.P without being on medication life long.I did my cholesterol test as well.
Total cholesterol: 230 mg/dl
HDL 48.mg
LDL 141 mg
VLDL 41 mg
Triglycerides 205mg
Ratio 4.7:1
What are the medications i can take to reduce my B.P and Cholesterol, i do not want to be on medication for life. Is there a way i can taper my medication. I don't drink or smoke.
